ARE FRENCH PEOPLE CLEAN?
ARE FRENCH PEOPLE CLEAN? French people are clean : their cleaning habits are much like ours. I can think of a big difference between their customs and ours; we can use as much water as we want , because it isn´t really expensive here.but there, water isn´t cheap at all, so they've got to use less water. That's why some french and european peopple don´t take a bath daily. It also depends on the region; if you got to France , and you just visited Paris , your impression would be that France stinks, but if you go to another region , you´ll find that just Paris has that problem. If you compare Paris subway , and Nantes tramway ; you'll notice that nantes´tramsway is completely clean and Paris subway has a horrible smell. I think that this phenomenon is due to the huge amount of tourists. For example, in an international airport in Paris, at the train´s tickets store, the smell was unbearable, and as it was an airport, most of people in there were tourists.

The small streets and houses go up to the entrance of the big castle. it is a mysterious place half surrounded by the sea, with a lot of history, which makes you think of swords times.

HOW BIG IS THE MONA LISA? The Mona lisa , along with the venus de Milo, is the most visited artwork in the louvre, in Paris. I bet you to ask anyone if they have heard something about this painting; they'd obviously say yes. But how many among these people would know how the big it is? We've all seen copies of the Mona Lisa in different sizes , so it is hard to know which one has the right size. The real size of the painting didn´t surprise me, but it did surprise people around me. They expected the painting to be big, but as a matter of fact, it is small, like an opened newspaper's sheet.
IS THE FILTHY MARKET SHOWN ON THE FILM " THE PARFUM" REAL?
The filthy market appearing on the beginning of the film existed once, in an era where the kings of France, and the noblemen we extremly rich, and normal people were extremely poor , but such a mess couldn´t be preserved like that, so they changed it , and it is now a normal clean place.
